Billet Fuel Rail Set

1998-2002 LS1 (Camaro, Firebird, Corvette)

The Metco Motorsports fuel rails for the GM LS1 application are precision-machined from billet aluminum, not commonly available extruded rail stock like other fuel rail kits.

Because our rails are CNC-machined from billet, we were able to design them with the largest internal diameter available for this application at 11/16". 

The rails are machined with two 1/8" NPT ports at the front of the driver's side rail to allow for the installation of a fuel pressure gauge or sender, to serve as a convenient fuel supply for a nitrous injection system, or both. 

The rails are clear-anodized for long lasting surface protection, and precision-bent stainless steel mounting brackets with stainless bracket bolts are included.

As shipped, this kit includes the rails with mounting brackets only.  For users seeking a plug and play installation, a pre-fabricated fuel line crossover with swivel fittings, a stainless steel adapter for the factory feed line, and AN port plugs for the front of each rail can be added.  These rails are also available in a high-polished finish (see image 3) at additional cost.  Please see the options menu below.

Note 1:  The female threads machined at each end of the rails is 8AN straight thread (3/4"-16).

Note 2:  In some installations using a crossover line, it may be necessary to locate the crossover at the front of the rails, using the port plugs at the rear.
